Hearing exams are covered by Medicare, Hearing Aids are not.  Hearing aids vary a great deal in size, comfort, audio quality and cost.

Hearing Aid Insurance can be purchased as a standalone policy, but it is more typically bundled with dental and vision which is more convenient and economical as most people want all three covered.
